This page on XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com explains our policies applied toward the purchase of all merchandise sold through us on this website, over the phone, or through a fax and will legally bind you to our rules.  We sell products that have age and location restrictions.  These items are not sold under the description of toys or novelty items, because they are not.  Our products are design for self-defense purposes.  We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 years old.  NO SALES TO MINORS.  If your shipping address is within a jurisdiction that will not allow for the possession of that product, your order we will not be ship to that address.  If it is determined that your location is a city or state we will not ship too, your order will not be process and your money will be refunded.  To see a list of states and cities we will not ship to review our “Shipping policy”.  Basically we only ship to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in a particular jurisdiction.  If you choose to purchase an item for another individual that does not meet our restrictions we will not be held liable for the misconduct of that individual who is in possession of any of our products.  CHECK your local laws prior to purchase.
