FAST Shipping Policy:

We make every attempt to ship products same day.  If you can get your order in before 3 pm Eastern time Mon-Fri we work really hard to get it out.  If you are not sure follow your order up with a phone call 215-346-6829.  We can quickly advise you on a shipping date.  FREE SHIPPING on all orders over a $100 to the lower 48 states, please read below.  XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com uses FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail as our "Standard" shipping method.  Expect to have all Viridian and Inforce Products shipped via FedEx ground as our primary shipping method.   If you want to have a "Signature Required" there is a $3 fee added to your order.  If "Signature Required" is not purchased then you can expect FedEx Ground or USPS to leave the package at the "Ship to Address" in the order.  Xfighterdefense.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it is delivered to the "Ship to Address".  If you do not want the product left without a signature then you need to pay the $3.00 fee.  There is no insurance included in free shipping option with any Viridian or Inforce product using USPS Priority Mail.  If you want insurance you can purchase it at checkout.  FedEx Ground includes insurance.  USPS will charge you extra for this service.  For orders above $100 we offer free shipping to the lower 48 states, any extra services are offered at a fee.  These services include "Signature Required" and Insurance.  For all other orders under $100 there will a charge of $8.95 for shipping and handling on shipments using the  “Standard” shipping option.This only applies to shipments using the “Standard” shipping option and in the lower 48 states.  If you want an order shipped to Alaska there will be an additional charge.  Standard shipping to Alaska will be $10.95 for orders under a $100 and $4.00 for orders over $100.    Orders processed late Fri, Sat, Sun, or on any holidays will not be processed until the next business day.  Transit time varies from 2 to 6 business depending on the item and where the product is shipping too.  We will not ship to any location prohibited under the “State Laws” page of our website.  Orders will be canceled and money refunded if an order attempts to ship to one of these locations.  Express shipping options are available upon request.  Please contact for a quote. 

Pepper Spray will not be shipped outside the U.S.  Included in these regions are Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

All pepper spray products are shipped by law via ground transportation, no exception.  This is includes all returns shipped back to us.

Important, we will not ship items to a jurisdiction that prohibits the possession of such items.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and abide by all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to their purchased items.
 

Return Policy:

Here at XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com we have a simple return policy.  You have 14 days from date of purchase to return any item to us.  All merchandise returned must have a RA (Return Authorization) number on the return label or the package will be refused.  You will simple contact us at support@xfighterdense.com to obtain an RA number.  In the email you must give the reason for the return, i.e. defective item, wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size. Write your RA# on the outside of the package, and contact us for the shipping address.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return shipping on all returns or exchanges.  If XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com was found to have made the error, then we will pay for shipping.  All returns or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective products will not be subjected to a Restocking Fee.  Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted.
 
Please include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization form with the package. The product(s) must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging, unopened, accessories and accompanying literature. Non-defective products returned opened and not in original packaging will not be accepted.  Our products are used for Self-Defense purposes if there is any doubt that a product as been opened we cannot risk the resale of that product, so it is very important not to open a product you do not want to keep. 

If we receive your product(s) without all accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund.  If you lost something that goes with your order, you cannot return it.

Warranty Repairs:

XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com is not a warranty repair station, and therefore XFIGHTERDEFENSE.com MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.
